Fundraising for Fierce Foods Academy Programs!

Culinary medicine is the practice of using real food to restore health, reduce side effects of conventional treatments, and improve long-term quality of life. Through culinary education, social support, and rigorous nutrition research, it’s our goal to turn food into a positive and beneficial facet of any lifestyle medicine intervention to improve quality of life and support disease prevention.

Our community-based Fierce Foods Academy focuses us on food-related activities and therapies that help our kids' bodies face and recover from treatment, create an anticancer environment, and lower lifelong health risks. Activities include learning about evidence-based anticancer nutrition with on-demand online workshops, participating in anticancer nutrition support groups, engaging in anticancer cooking classes, and eating delicious real food!

Chef Cathy McKnight & Team Green are fundraising for the Fierce Foods Academy programs. Donate your green to support Team Green!
